[What the role is]

As a Finance Manager (9-months contract) for the Financial Planning Section, your main roles and responsibilities would include but not limited to:

• Jointly manage and coordinate the annual organisational budget process, ensuring timely completion and alignment with corporate priorities
• Partner with departments to guide budget justification, correct coding, and appropriate use of funds in line with financial policies
• Ensure robust OPEX oversight by monitoring budget performance, managing variances, and delivering tracking and reporting that supports policy and operational decisions.
• Support budget reallocation and virement exercises to ensure optimal utilisation of resources
• Take on ad hoc duties relevant to department needs

Requirements

Candidates are required to possess:

• University degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business 
• Strong grounding in management accounting principles and financial analysis 
• A hands-on attitude with willingness to learn
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
