B Shift (United States of America)SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the following: maintain orderly and accurate flow of trailers and shipping orders throughout the shipping system; performs all duties in an efficient orderly manner to obtain the desired and expected load out goals and deadline departure times as set forth by management and scheduling; communicate with the traffic department; perform all PC terminal functions; prepare paperwork neatly and accurately: communicate with scheduling; other duties as required. Must be willing to cross train and be developed in other areas and departments. REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Experience: 2 years experience with Forward Warehouse Material Handling TCCS or PBX function. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills required. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate using radio telephone e-mail and person to person. Special Skills: Understanding of all business factors impacting warehouse planning decision making. Supervisory: Minimal Travel: Minimal
