About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will use consultative selling and product knowledge to strengthen customer relationships and grow automotive aftermarket business.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with automotive shops, retailers, and enthusiasts through proactive outbound sales calls
• Grow existing B2B customer accounts and introduce new products and services
• Follow up with qualified leads and convert prospects into active accounts
• Recommend performance, off-road, truck accessory, wheel, tire, and related automotive parts and accessories
• Maintain accurate customer relationship management and sales information in company systems
• Work toward established sales and activity goals while collaborating with your team
• Continuously expand your product knowledge and inside sales skills

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales, account management, customer service, retail sales, call center sales, automotive parts, dealership support, or related experience preferred; willing to train the right person
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Competitive, motivated mindset with comfort asking for the sale
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and customer relationships
• Comfort working with computers, Microsoft Office, and customer database systems

Preferred Skills

• Interest in or knowledge of automotive aftermarket products
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
