Growth Solution Architect

 

Bellese seeks an experienced growth professional to serve as a Solution Architect within our Growth team to support Federal Government business development efforts. Your main responsibility will be to translate client needs into winning technical and business strategies, and to communicate those solutions clearly to both clients and internal teams. This role demands hands-on involvement and leadership paired with a strong understanding of technology, digital trends, client and market landscapes, and product and business strategy. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the process. Your work will cover multiple approaches to growth including win theme development, compelling proposal writing, white papers, client presentations, and working with existing teams to identify ways to deliver more capabilities to clients. You should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and balancing multiple opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Create solutions for specific opportunities, highlighting unique strengths, methodologies, and demonstrating relevant experience

• Lead the development of innovative and effective solutions with technical and customer domain experts, crafting compliant and compelling responses 

• Contribute to demos, proposals, oral presentations, and other customer-facing artifacts

• Develop and translate the capture strategy and technical and operational delivery capabilities into compelling and compliant proposal content 

• Work closely with SMEs and partners to ensure solutions are feasible, innovative, and aligned with client needs and our strategic objectives

• Engage with high-level customers to showcase capabilities, foster relationships, introduce new technologies, and suggest improvements

• Head up cross-functional teams for client-facing Design challenges, as either a Coach or team member

• Lead cross-disciplinary SME teams to rapidly gather technical and domain information in support of solutioning

• Apply knowledge of modern software development concepts such as agile development, product management, DevSecOps, and human-centered design (HCD)

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in solution development or program leadership, with a proven track record of supporting Federal proposals

• Strong knowledge of Agile, HCD, and DevSecOps cultures and practices, with specific experience designing approaches for complex system development

• Knowledgeable in architecture, design, and delivery techniques for modern cloud solutions, including frontend user experiences, backend APIs, and data-intensive systems

• Effective in cross-functional team collaboration to achieve goals and motivate action

• Ability to transform complex insights into straightforward, persuasive content

• Demonstrated ability to write and manage proposal sections like technical approaches and management plans

• Experience analyzing client priorities to shape a winning technical solution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with HHS Operating Divisions, especially CMS

• Knowledge of and experience with Healthcare Data Interoperability (e.g., FHIR) and digital quality measurement (dQM).

• Strong working knowledge healthcare technology challenges and innovation

• Experience developing solutions for complex business systems with complex stakeholder relationships

• Ability to assess when AI-based approaches add value to a client solution versus when simpler approaches are more appropriate, and to apply AI tools to accelerate research, solutioning, and proposal development
