Job Summary
This senior leadership position is responsible for developing and executing the company's RMA and Asset Recovery strategy across all warehouse locations. The Director of RMA is accountable for maximizing recovery of company capital through timely return of products to vendors, warranty recovery programs, supplier claims management, reverse logistics processes, and disposition of non-sellable inventory. This role ensures the organization minimizes inventory losses, recovers vendor credits promptly, and optimizes overall return operations while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
RMA and Asset Recovery Management
Including, but not limited to:
•    Develop and execute company-wide RMA and asset recovery strategies
•    Manage vendor return and recovery programs
•    Establish RMA policies, procedures, and performance standards
•    Drive recovery of vendor credits, allowances, and warranty claims
•    Oversee disposition of obsolete, damaged, and non-sellable inventory
•    Standardize return processes across all warehouse locations
•    Monitor return aging and recovery performance
•    Partner with Purchasing, Inventory Control, Finance, and Operations teams
•    Lead reverse logistics and asset recovery initiatives
•    Negotiate recovery opportunities with manufacturers and suppliers

•    RMA Recovery Dollars
•    Vendor Credit Recovery Rate
•    Return Aging Reduction
•    Warranty Recovery Performance
•    Unsaleable Inventory Reduction
•    Obsolete Inventory Reduction

Minimum Job Requirements
•    Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or related discipline
•    10+ years of warehouse, supply chain, or reverse logistics experience
•    7+ years of people management experience
•    Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and recovery programs
•    Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
•    Experience with inventory management and return authorization systems
•    Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ERP/WMS systems
•    Ability to travel throughout the U.S. (25%-40%)
•    Current driver's license and ability to maintain a clean driving record
