We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Office Administrator who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, supporting employees, and making sure important tasks get completed.
This position works closely with our General Manager, leadership team, employees, IT partners, and vendors and plays an important role in keeping our office organized and our teams supported.

Position Summary
As the Office Administrator, you will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Sierra's General Manager, management team, and employees.
This is a hands-on role with a wide variety of responsibilities, including management reporting, technology and device coordination, office operations, uniform administration, vendor communication, and general administrative support.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable with technology, able to work independently, and known for following through. You'll frequently have several priorities moving at once, so the ability to determine what needs immediate attention and what requires follow-up is essential.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Reporting & Management Support
- Generate and distribute daily PACE reports to management
- Generate and distribute Sales and SILO reporting
- Follow up on MAP reporting and ensure outstanding items are addressed in a timely manner
- Gather, organize, and maintain information required for management reporting
- Assist with spreadsheets, reports, presentations, and management documentation
- Provide direct administrative support to the General Manager
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, documentation, meetings, and follow-up items
- Track outstanding management requests and help ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain confidentiality when handling company, employee, and business information
Technology & Employee Support
- Prepare, set up, and distribute company-issued iPads, phones, laptops, and other technology
- Coordinate with IT to establish employee email accounts, system access, and technology needs
- Assist with technology setup for new employees
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, connectivity, and device issues
- Coordinate with IT, vendors, or other departments when additional technical support is required
- Maintain an organized inventory of company-issued devices and equipment
- Track device assignments, returns, replacements, and other equipment changes
- Assist employees with basic technology questions and troubleshooting
Office Operations
- Monitor office supply and material inventory
- Order office supplies and other necessary materials as needed
- Coordinate deliveries and communicate with vendors regarding office needs
- Receive, organize, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
- Prepare and coordinate outgoing mail and shipments
- Help maintain a clean, organized, professional, and functional office environment
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers regarding office-related needs
- Identify office needs and proactively work toward solutions
Uniform Coordination
- Serve as a point of contact for employee uniform needs
- Coordinate with uniform vendors regarding orders, replacements, repairs, and exchanges
- Coordinate uniform distribution for new and existing employees
- Maintain accurate records of uniform assignments and distributions
- Track outstanding uniform requests through completion
- Follow up with vendors to ensure orders and replacements are completed on time
- Communicate with employees and management regarding uniform requests and updates
- Help resolve uniform-related issues and ensure appropriate follow-through
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative assistance to management and office staff
- Maintain organized digital and physical files
- Prepare spreadsheets, reports, presentations, and other documents as requested
- Assist with special projects and company initiatives
- Track administrative follow-ups and outstanding action items
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for general office questions and requests
- Communicate professionally with employees, leadership, vendors, and outside partners
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Previous office administration, administrative assistant, operations support, or similar experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Strong follow-through and ability to keep outstanding items organized
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, email, and business software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Comfortable learning new software and technology
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting on phones, tablets, laptops, and other devices
- Professional when communicating with employees, leadership, and vendors
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
