Part-Time Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon

Approximately 1 Day per Week | Private Fee-for-Service Practice | Tinley Park, Illinois

North Creek Dental Care is seeking an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to step into an established one-day-per-week surgical schedule.

This is not a program you will need to build from scratch. The practice has successfully supported an in-office surgical specialist for six years and already has four active referring general dentists generating approximately 20 surgical cases per month. Trained surgical assistants, an equipped surgical operatory, and an established sedation setup are already in place.

Compensation

• 40% of production

• Expected earnings: $5k-$15k per clinical day, based on historical production

Clinical Scope

The surgeon will primarily provide office-based dentoalveolar and implant surgery, including:

• Surgical and routine extractions

• Third-molar removal

• Dental implant placement

• IV sedation and general anesthesia

Orthognathic surgery and facial trauma cases are not part of this position.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

• Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency

• Active Illinois dental license or eligibility to obtain one

• Appropriate sedation and anesthesia credentials

• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication

• Comfortable practicing independently with experienced clinical support

Schedule

Approximately one clinical day per week, with flexibility in selecting a mutually agreeable day. Additional days may become available as demand grows.
