Description
Reporting to the Team Lead Warehouse, as a Forklift Operator, you will stage, maintain, and move raw materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse at our Henning facility, where we produce PAM cooking spray. You will join a team of approximately 200 associates and play an important role in supporting safe, efficient production operations.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Complete daily forklift inspections and support the unloading and staging of raw materials.
- Prepare production runs by retrieving raw materials using the bar-coding system and creating accurate pallet tags.
- Move finished products to the warehouse and ensure accurate inventory placement through the bar-coding system.
- Verify shipment staging, bills of accuracy, lot codes, and product information.
- Maintain a clean work area to support food safety and OSHA requirements.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
- High School diploma or GED.
- Previous forklift experience required.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
- Commitment to working safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Physical Requirements

- Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
