We’re looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our Blenheim Sealing team on a fixed-term basis. With strong workflows ahead for the next six months – and the potential for this role become permanent – now’s a great time to come on board.

The Opportunity
Due to increased workload, we’re seeking an experienced Machine Operator to support our Blenheim team from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027.
What you’ll be doing
As a Machine Operator you will
- Operator heavy machinery, and other road construction equipment, safely and efficiently
- Carry out general plant and equipment maintenance to best practice standards
- Ensure all work is completed in line with relevant job and work instruction
- Contribute to a safe, productive, and high performing team environment
What we’re looking for
You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have:
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a civil or roading environment
- A Class 2 Licence and W, T, R endorsements
- A strong commitment to safety and looking out for your teammates
- The ability to work away from home for up to 3 months, Monday to Friday
- Good communication skills and a team first attitude
