- Provide programme-level dashboards, progress reports, variance analysis and management alerts to APCRDA and PgMC leadership
- Ensure integration of planning, construction progress, contracts, resources and risk/issue management across the portfolio
- Build and lead a multi-disciplinary planning team, including recruitment and ramp-up, deployment, performance management and coordination of planning personnel across projects
- Single point of contact for APCRDA/PMU on all planning, scheduling and progress-recovery matters within the function
- Support senior management in prioritisation, acceleration and recovery strategies to improve overall programme performance
- Maintain the risk and change register for the function and escalate matters beyond delegated authority to the Program Director
Key mandate: ramp up the PgMC planning function → integrate and manage 95 contracts/projects → build and manage the planning team → establish programme controls → identify delays and constraints → drive recovery and acceleration → provide reliable management visibility on programme performance.
