DESCRIPTION:
As a Regional Marketing Manager supporting the North American Region at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll implement strategic marketing initiatives to build growth and market position. Working in a cross-functional organization, you'll develop and execute comprehensive regional marketing plans aligned with global strategies. You'll collaborate across product management, sales, digital marketing, and operations teams to create impactful campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive revenue.

You'll manage the full marketing mix - from developing compelling value propositions and content to managing events, digital campaigns, and sales enablement programs. Using data-driven insights, you'll analyze market trends, track campaign performance, and optimize marketing ROI. You'll also build strong relationships with customers, KOLs, and industry partners while staying current on market dynamics and competitive landscapes.

This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping bring innovative scientific solutions to customers working to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

This is an on-site position.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in life sciences, diagnostics, or scientific instruments
• Preferred Fields of Study: Marketing, Business Administration, or scientific field (Biology, Chemistry, etc.)
• Additional certifications in marketing or relevant scientific domains beneficial
• Demonstrated success developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with ability to measure and optimize marketing performance
• Excellent project management capabilities and attention to detail
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional organization
• Strong presentation skills for engaging various stakeholders
• Self-directed with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Travel requirement of 15-25%

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in North Carolina is $93,800.00–$125,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
