Summary:
In the role of Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can generate measurable value. This includes gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The role also entails supporting transformational initiatives by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation phases to ensure successful adoption and integration of new operating models.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements in business processes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
- Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes within SAP Ariba.
- Experience in designing and implementing business solutions using SAP Ariba modules.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP Ariba and other enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
