The Role: What to expect

We are a collaborative IT team committed to providing a secure, reliable, and modern IT environment. In this role, you will manage Microsoft 365, endpoint devices, network infrastructure, and virtualized servers, while supporting IT security, compliance, and continuous improvements across our internal systems.

Role Responsibilities: What you will do

• Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and related cloud services.
• Manage and optimize network infrastructure components, including firewalls, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and related security services.
• Administer virtualized server environments, ensuring high availability, performance, backup, and recovery capabilities.
• Monitor IT security events, investigate incidents, and contribute to maintaining a secure and compliant IT environment.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers while managing software licensing, procurement, and IT assets.
• Provide hands-on support to internal users and contribute to IT operations, infrastructure improvements, and compliance initiatives, including ISO 27001 requirements.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional training and experience.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in IT administration, IT operations, or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and endpoint management solutions.
• Solid knowledge of Windows, Linux, macOS, and mobile device administration, including enterprise Linux environments.
• Good understanding of enterprise networking concepts, including VPNs, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing, and network security.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proactive, hands-on mindset and the ability to work effectively in agile environments.
• Nice to have: Experience with virtualization technologies, backup solutions, cybersecurity best practices, and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001.
