We are seeking an experienced System Administrator III who combines advanced infrastructure knowledge with strong project leadership, collaboration, and a commitment to Servant Leadership. What You’ll Do
- Provide enterprise-level administration and support for Microsoft Azure, M365, Windows Server, and Windows platforms.
- Administer and support VMware, Veeam, and Cisco security technologies.
- Lead and coordinate infrastructure projects, including onsite and remote technical resources.
- Mentor junior administrators and provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting.
- Proactively monitor infrastructure performance, security, backups, and system utilization.
- Communicate project updates, metrics, risks, and technical concepts to leadership and non-technical audiences.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while protecting confidential and sensitive healthcare information.
- Participate in after-hours support as needed.
- Model Servant Leadership through collaboration, communication, accountability, and support of others.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of related experience.
- Advanced knowledge of computer, network, infrastructure, and security systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Healthcare technology experience strongly preferred, particularly within post-acute, long-term care, or other multi-site healthcare environments.
- Relevant certifications are a plus, including Microsoft AZ-900, AZ-104, CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+.
