You have deep knowledge of and experience with manufacturing processes. You understand the importance of building relationships, establishing order, and maintaining clear communication channels. As a Filling Supervisor, you are a leader who is willing to listen and encourage others through your actions. As a Filling Supervisor, you play a key role in the physical production that helps Baxter fulfill its mission to save and sustain lives. You coordinate efforts to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality products. In your managerial capacity, you act as the important connection between the business and employees on the floor.

What you'll be doing
- Improve the efficiency of team members through detailed training, mentoring during feedback reviews, and daily activities to improve skills.
- Set up, adjust, troubleshoot, and repair automated equipment on the line(s).
- Supply technical support to employees to resolve quality and equipment issues.
- Participate and complete NCR’s and CAPA’s.
- Identify and implement Value Improvement Projects to reduce product cost or improve quality.
- Ensure all activities and products align with specifications and GMP’s.
- Meet financial commitments by ensuring budgeted labor standards are met.
- Support dry runs during planned shutdowns.
- Follow all applicable procedures related to the role, ensuring compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements.
What you'll bring
- People management experience with mentoring and team development skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Self-motivation with a leading role in continuous improvement cycles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Good working knowledge of SOP’s/specs, blueprints, PCS’s, and BOM’s.
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- People Management experience - coaching and team development skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to balance priorities in a fast paced environment.
- 3-5 years of manufacturing experience and supervisory experience in a GMP regulated manufacturing facility.
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory/corporate requirements.
- Previous supervisory experience within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.

We understand that compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated salary range for this position is $72,080 - $108,120 annually, which reflects base salary as well as estimated target payout under the Management Incentive Compensation Plan. Individual pay will be determined based upon skills, expertise and experience, and the incentive, which is contingent upon company and individual performance outcomes.
