General Summary
Essential Job Accountabilities
- Assist and support in:
- Proposals and Bids
• Review project specific scheduling requirements and provide guidance to teams
• Technical proposal writing for scheduling subject matter
• Design and development of the proposal/bid CPM Schedule - New Projects
• Design and development of the project schedule
• Subcontractor / vendor schedule guidance
• Setup of Monthly Updating and Reporting procedures - Existing Projects
• Provide Monthly Update support and guidance
• Recognition and analysis of project impacts and delays
• Provide support to project scheduling engineers
• Development and maintenance of Project Controls procedures and Primavera P3/P6 desktop procedures - Scheduling Procedures and Software
• Development of scheduling standards and procedures
• Development and implementation of P6 Web tool - Provide software tool training
- Proposals and Bids
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business (or comparable discipline) or equivalent combination of training and experience
Work Experience
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in a related position
Knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Demonstrated proficiency of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Access
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and Primavera (P3/P6)
- JD Edwards and One World experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of construction industry
- Good written and oral communication skills to effectively disseminate information
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a close attention to detail
- Self-starter; able to seek out resources and structure own workflow
- Ability to work well with all levels of staff, as well as external customers

Base Salary Range:
$91,944.00 - $137,916.00Pay may vary based upon relevant experience, skills, location, and education among other factors.
