Day Service Manager

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Day Service Manager who will oversee day porter and janitorial operations across assigned facilities while also supporting key account management responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, building meaningful client relationships, and driving operational success.

This position is essential to our service delivery and requires a flexible schedule—including day, night, and weekend coverage—to ensure full oversight of cleaning crews and consistent execution of CCS standards.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and supervise field cleaning crews, optimizing efficiency and productivity.

• Regularly visit customer sites to meet with clients, inspect service quality, and address any concerns or issues promptly. Most of your time will be spent at customer locations.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with both clients and employees, ensuring transparency and clarity in all interactions.

• Manage and order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies, maintaining operational readiness.

• Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and technology.

• Collaborate closely with the customer to guarantee the timely completion of cleaning tasks and special projects, fostering strong client relationships.

• Adhere to facility and company security and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.

• Undertake additional tasks and administrative duties as required, contributing to the overall success of the operations.

• Coach, guide, and develop field personnel to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated supervisory experience, showcasing leadership and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and employees.

• Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues promptly and proactively.

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel.

• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.

• Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
