Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from user interface elements to backend services. The role requires actively contributing to the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client service delivery. Daily activities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and approaches, ensuring that solutions are scalable and aligned with business needs. The position embraces a cloud-first and agile methodology, encouraging continuous improvement and adaptation to evolving project requirements and technological advancements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, React.js, Spring Boot.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies in a cloud-first environment.
- Ability to work with agile development methodologies and tools to manage project workflows.
- Competence in debugging, performance tuning, and ensuring application security best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
