Student Club & Activity :
• Provide reports to Student Club & Activity Manager related to Student Club and Student Activities in related Campus
• Coordinate with Finance & Regulation Compliance Section Head, Operation Section Head, Student Organization Section Head and Student Activities Section Head related to procedure and policies implementation in related Student Clubs
• Review proposal and activity reports by each Student Clubs
• Lead investigations and Discipline Committee Sessions for serious violation of PTTKK (Peraturan Tata Tertib Kehidupan Kampus)
• Coordinate with Operation Officer and Student Organization Officer on arranged Performance Evaluation
• Propose the design of strategies, policies, guidelines and practices related to student organization activities and student program activities
• Coordinate all student activities
• Provide coaching to student organization committee related to organization activities
• Provide the field inspection report and summary of the student program developed to Student Club & Activity Center Manager
• Provide summary of the monitoring report of student organization activities
• Evaluate the student organization activities
• Provide monitoring plan for the student organization activities
• Provide suggestion in managing effective organization activities to student organization committee
• Ensure the realization of good organization governance in student organization especially for the participation and regulation compliance pillar
• Ensure the realization of good organization governance in student program especially for the effectiveness and efficiency pillar
• Review the proposal and final report for student organization activities
• Review and evaluate the student program activities
Finance & Compliance Activities :
• Supervise and evaluate financial report of student club periodically
• Control and evaluate the subsidize budget usage of student club
• Audit the student club asset and supplies periodically
• Supervise and evaluate student club equipment purchasing process
• Ensure the realization of good organization governance in student club especially for the transparency and accountability pillar
• Coordinate with Finance & Regulation Compliance Section Head related to budget utilization of student club
• Provide training activities related to financial management for student club committee
Management Support Activities:
• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
Education Requirement:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree
Work Exposure/ Experience:
• Minimum 2 years in Senior Staff level position, or
• Minimum 4 years of working experience
Special Skill :
• Experience in extracurricular program development
• Experience as mentor or guide extracurricular activities
