The Opportunity

As an HR Specialist - Employee Life Cycle Management, you will play a critical role in delivering seamless HR services and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of employee data throughout the entire employee journey, from hire to retire.

How You'll Make an Impact
- Manage employee lifecycle transactions from onboarding through termination while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain employee records and data integrity in HR systems, ensuring accurate downstream processing.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and monitor background verification activities for new hires.
- Support onboarding, employee transfers, absence management, visa renewals, and offboarding processes.
- Validate payroll-related information including salary changes, one-time payments, bank details, and supporting documentation.
- Resolve employee and manager queries through ticketing systems while delivering a high level of customer service.
- Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with defined SOPs, work instructions, and compliance requirements.
- Meet agreed service delivery targets including SLA, turnaround time, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Generate reports, perform data quality checks, and support HR reporting requirements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities through root cause analysis and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
Your Background
- Graduate degree required; MBA preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or Employee Lifecycle Management.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Hi-Next, or similar systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in a night shift supporting global HR operations.
