Monex is a leading global financial solutions provider, offering a complete set of tools to support business growth and strategic financial operations.

We specialize in FX risk management and international payments, helping corporate and institutional clients design tailored FX solutions to navigate currency volatility with confidence. Our team of FX specialists implements well-considered currency strategies, offering dedicated support to help clients manage their payment needs, whether for goods, services, or direct investments.

In 2025, Monex facilitated $198 billion in FX turnover and managed $16.1 billion in assets. With offices across North America (Canada, the U.S., and Mexico), Asia (Singapore), and Europe (the U.K., Spain, and the Netherlands), we serve more than 70,000 clients worldwide.

By combining global reach with deep local market expertise, Monex provides businesses with a suite of financial solutions and FX market analysis to help optimize efficiency, mitigate currency risk, and protect margins in an increasingly complex financial landscape.

Monex is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager – International to support the international business with financial analysis, financial modeling, strategic planning, and information requirements associated with the company’s potential IPO and broader strategic initiatives. The role will serve as a key point of coordination between International Finance, Banco Monex, MIM, and external advisors, including investment banks, auditors, legal counsel, and other transaction partners. The position will provide critical financial analysis and modeling capabilities as the potential IPO process increases the volume and complexity of financial analysis, due diligence, reporting, and information requests.

This is a permanent Corporate Finance/FP&A position that will have significant IPO-related responsibilities in the near term while continuing to support ongoing strategic planning, forecasting, business analysis, and decision-making across the International business.

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and commercially minded finance professional who can operate independently, manage multiple high-priority workstreams, and deliver accurate analysis under tight deadlines. The ability to work effectively in an environment where priorities can shift quickly and requirements may evolve is essential.

Responsibilities
Transaction Support
  • Coordinate and manage financial information requests related to the IPO for the International business.
  • Coordinate responses across Finance and other functional teams in the different international entities.
  • Support due diligence processes and preparation of materials requested by Banco Monex, investment banks, auditors, legal counsel, and other advisors.
  • Prepare analyses, schedules, and supporting materials for management presentations, IPO documentation, and Q&A processes.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of information provided across different workstreams.
  • Financial Modelling & Analysis
  • Develop and maintain financial models for the International business.
  • Prepare forecasts, scenarios, sensitivities, and business cases.
  • Analyze revenue, EBITDA, margins, volumes, expenses, and other key operating and financial metrics.
  • Support valuation, strategic, and capital allocation analyses as required.
  • Translate business assumptions into clear financial outputs and insights.
Financial Data & Information Management
  • Coordinate the collection, validation, and consolidation of financial and operating information across international entities.
  • Reconcile information to management reporting and audited financial statements where applicable.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies between different data sources and reporting packages.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation and support for key analyses and submissions.
Strategic Finance
  • Support evaluation of growth initiatives, new market opportunities, M&A, and other strategic projects.
  • Prepare ad hoc financial analysis for senior management and Banco Monex.
  • Develop analyses that can be leveraged beyond the IPO process for ongoing strategic planning and decision-making.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, Big 4 transaction advisory/deals, corporate finance, strategic finance, FP&A, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrated experience with complex financial analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, transactions, capital markets, or strategic finance.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and the ability to reconcile management reporting to underlying financial information.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority, time-sensitive requests simultaneously.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and take ownership of deliverables from beginning to end.
  • Comfortable working with senior executives, investment banks, auditors, legal counsel, and other external advisors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial analysis into clear business insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an environment with evolving requirements, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting an IPO, equity transaction, M&A transaction, capital markets process, or other significant corporate finance transaction.
  • Investment banking or Big 4 Transaction Advisory/Deals experience.
  • Experience working with multinational or international businesses.
  • Experience supporting financial due diligence or preparation of transaction-related materials.
  • Experience working across multiple entities, currencies, or international reporting environments.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable, particularly given the role’s interaction with stakeholders across the U.S., Mexico, and other international markets.
  • Experience in financial services, banking, payments, fintech, or foreign exchange is a plus.
Travel Requirements
  • Limited travel may be required for meetings with senior management, Banco Monex, external advisors, or other business stakeholders.
Compensation
