E-Commerce Operations Coordinator | Brooklyn, NY · $60,000–$70,000
About the Role
This is a front-row seat to how a high-volume, multi-marketplace e-commerce operation actually runs. You'll keep product listings accurate, projects on track, and reporting sharp across Amazon (1P), Walmart, Target+, Wayfair, and other marketplaces — an entry-level role built for someone hungry to learn the mechanics behind the business and grow into real responsibility. It's full-time and on-site in Brooklyn, Monday–Friday, and we'll train the right person; what we can't teach is attention to detail, quick thinking, and consistent ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Listings & Catalog
- Create and maintain accurate product listings, including pricing, images, descriptions, and specifications
- Support new product launches and marketplace operations across multiple channels
Reporting & Analysis
- Analyze sales, inventory, and product performance reports
- Maintain spreadsheets, reports, trackers, and process documentation
- Support inventory planning to keep stock and demand aligned
Coordination & Follow-Through
- Track projects, deadlines, and follow-ups across internal and overseas teams
- Research issues, communicate updates, and help improve operational processes
Qualifications
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Analytical and comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets
- Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
- Able to learn quickly, solve problems, and work independently
- E-commerce or marketplace experience helpful but not required
