Project Role : Cloud Services Engineer
Project Role Description : Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

Summary:
In the role of Cloud Services Engineer, a typical day involves serving as the primary point of contact between the client and internal operations teams, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of support issues. The role requires monitoring the health of service delivery, identifying and explaining any performance challenges or risks to stakeholders, and maintaining cloud orchestration and automation systems to meet established service level agreements. Regular performance meetings are conducted to review consumption data and trends, fostering transparency and continuous improvement across teams. This position demands proactive coordination and effective management of cloud service operations to minimize downtime and optimize service reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with client expectations and operational goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise and performance.
- Monitor and report on service delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Experience with cloud orchestration and automation tools to manage and optimize cloud environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with monitoring and performance management tools to track service health and consumption trends.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
- Experience working in collaborative environments involving multiple teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
