This role is ideal for experienced Shift Managers, Warehouse Leaders, or Operations Supervisors with 2+ years' frontline leadership experience, looking to grow their leadership career in FMCG.

About the role
As a Warehouse Frontline Manager, you will act as the single point of leadership for your frontline team, making key decisions throughout the shift to ensure strong performance. You will drive execution, uphold core standards, and work closely with the line structure to continuously improve results and build team capability.
Responsibilities
- The FLM must role model high standards by consistently demonstrating and reinforcing PepsiCo values & behaviours.
- Champion Safety First, Safety Always on shift by adoption of established safety systems and ways of working.
- Demonstrate good warehousing practices and housekeeping standards to ensure everyday audit readiness. Drive to maintain and improve quality & food safety standards at all times and responsible for all quality systems compliance
- Adherence and governance of processes and equipment standards to drive performance.
- Manage and inspire employee performance and career growth . Develop and sustain a high‑performing, self‑sufficient team through coaching, empowerment, and continuous improvement
- Manage attendance, performance and conduct of direct reports
- Overall responsibility for all outputs of area of accountability
- Work with WSOP and site stakeholders to continuously improve key performance metrics across a balanced scorecard
