Accountant Junior/Mid-Level

About the Role
Spotware Systems is looking for a motivated Junior/Mid-Level Accountant to join our finance team in Limassol, Cyprus. This role is a great fit for someone who already has some experience in accounting and wants to continue growing in a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor account balances.
• Communicate with banks regarding transactions, transfers, and statements.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports and financial summaries.
• Support the finance team during audits and compliance procedures.
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation in all financial operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or banking
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
• Familiar with online banking platforms and reconciliations
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English (oral and written)

Nice to Have

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience working with AI
