Where You'll Make a Difference

• Manage administrative activities including purchase requisition creation, document management and preparation of business correspondence.
• Support SAP master data maintenance and transaction processing activities, ensuring accurate creation and maintenance of system records.
• Prepare, analyze and distribute periodic reports, key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Logistics team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain logistics databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and timely updates.
• Review import, export, warehousing and transportation documentation, identifying and escalating discrepancies when required.
• Extract, compile and maintain operational data from SAP, Oflow, Salesforce and other business systems to support reporting and analysis.
• Support inventory management activities, including cycle counts and physical inventory counts.
• Coordinate transportation-related administrative activities, including trucking arrangements, proof of collection management and shipment documentation follow-up.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in an administrative, logistics, warehousing or supply chain support role is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong commitment to accuracy, compliance and operational excellence.
• Ability to work successfully in an international business environment.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Knowledge of logistics, warehousing, transportation or supply chain operations.
• Experience working with SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision).
