Job Title:
Specialist - Production SchedulingSummary:
• Ensure material planning to meet demand and manage key raw materials and Inventory Control with close supervision.• Manage Supply Requirements for manufacturing through understanding internal/external demand based on a rolling forecast and interacting closely with Operations, Procurement, Logistics and Customer Service to ensure 100% meeting of both internal & External customer requirements.
• Responsible for service performance.
Responsibilities Include:
1.Ongoing communication with the regional DPAs and Commercial team in order to gather and analyze customer specific information regarding grades volume and timing with close supervision .
2.Updating the MIMI-scheduling according to alerts colors, Checking and rescheduling the old packs etc with close supervision.
3.Triggering necessary activities in cooperation with different departments to avoid bottleneck situations visible in MIMI with close supervision.
4.Comparing Zemeter data base to MIMI sales planning and driving necessary activities to balance both quantities with close supervision.
5.Managing owned production lines’ exception messages, Inventory ,RICO etc with close supervision.
6.Performing other office duties/ projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
1.College degree in a business discipline or other related Management field with more than 3 years related experience.
2. Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
3. SAP R/3, MRP knowledge.
4. Conduct daily duties in a professional appearance and manner.
5.High level of accuracy.
6.Requires effective oral communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
7.Must be able to work in a team environment.
8.Fluent English language
