Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Optician to conduct refraction and vision assessments, recommend suitable optical solutions, maintain accurate patient records, and provide professional guidance to ensure a high standard of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct eye examinations to identify vision conditions, including refractive errors and color vision deficiencies.
- Perform accurate refraction and assess patients' vision requirements.
- Recommend suitable optical solutions based on individual patient needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients on appropriate eye care and vision health practices.
- Provide clear guidance on optical solutions and related eye care requirements.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Address patient inquiries professionally and provide appropriate assistance.
- Maintain professional standards and follow relevant clinical and organizational procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in refraction.
- Professional qualification in Opticianry or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service-oriented approach with good analytical abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
