Education - Bachelor’s degree. BBA/MBA will be advantage.

Experience - 3-5 years of relevant experience

Skills and Abilities :

• Experience or in-house training
• Acquired through experience and/or training courses
• Personal qualities required in the candidate, complimented with experience and training courses as needed
• Acquired through experience and/or training courses
• Identify and lead Aftersales programmed developments that can deliver increased sales
• Priorities and manage allocated workload/projects in line with strategic needs of the business

Recommendations Expected:

• Addition/change of vendors or products
• Systems development/policies and procedures
• Product/programmed strategies recommended to Aftersales management
• Creative development of support media to aid HYG Aftersales and dealer sales teams in growing sales

Additional Information:

This position requires a combination of personal drive, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a target-driven sales environment, whilst effectively managing multiple projects concurrently. The individual must be able to combine innovative and creative thinking with an eye for detail and strong analytical skills.
