This role is part of the Financial Analysis job family at Procter & Gamble, which offers a broad range of opportunities for growth and development as a business leader. Professionals in this function play a crucial role in providing decision-making guidance and leadership to the company, maximizing long-term profits, cash flow, and shareholder value through comprehensive financial analysis.

As a Product Supply Financial Analysis professional at P&G, you will contribute to financial analysis within the Product Supply function. You will support the team in evaluating financial performance, analyzing supply chain data, and providing insights for decision-making. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Lead small scale projects and assist in financial analysis to evaluate Product Supply performance.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
• Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and forecasts.
• Support in evaluating supply chain strategies for cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather insights from data.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively translate analysis into actionable strategies.
• Proven collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of financial analysis techniques and tools.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis software.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities, and opportunities for improvement.
