Paid Search Senior Manager

FanDuel is currently looking for a Senior Manager to help support the Paid Search Marketing operations within our Digital Media team. You will play a key role in executing our Paid Search strategy to acquire new customers efficiently and effectively in a competitive market. This role will collaborate with multiple marketing teams within FanDuel including, but not limited to, Acquisition & Investment, Integrated Campaign Marketing, Creative Operations, Media Operations, Commercial, Analytics, and Data Science. This is an exciting opportunity to help elevate new user acquisition marketing initiatives at a premier gaming company.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

• Lead the team in day-to-day execution and optimization of various Paid Search (Apple Search Ads, Google App Ads, Google Search) campaigns across the FanDuel Sports product
• Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities in paid search to improve campaign performance and find strategic opportunities for innovation and experimentation.
• Work cross-functionally with Analytics, Media Ops, Campaign Strategy, GTM and Acquisition teams on campaign development and execution
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of paid search specialists and ensure the successful implementation and quality assurance of campaigns
• Support the team throughout the creative request process, from initial request to receiving & trafficking assets
• Manage annual, quarterly, and monthly budget allocation across platforms and tactics to drive efficient customer acquisition
  
  

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

• Minimum of 7+ years of digital marketing experience, with 5+ years experience managing and executing Paid Search channels (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Search Ads). App experience preferred.
• Track record of driving measurable business results and comfortable working in a fast-paced landscape.
• Analytically driven with base understanding of underlying data and methodologies used to inform decision making and drive performance management.
• Knowledge and understanding of the business and culture of sports and gaming preferred

The applicable salary range for this position is $127,000 - $159,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
