IT Functional Analyst Consultant

Mission Overview:

The IT Functional Analyst consultancy mission is offered by Keystone Solutions, with the consultant working on-site at the client. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will represent our values and expertise while engaging in dynamic projects across diverse client environments.Responsibilities:

• Identify business problems and requirements, mapping out solutions for integration into enterprise production environments.
• Investigate costs and benefits, design detailed solutions, define data and supported processes.
• Preparation phase: accompany business analysts and clients in solution reflection, propose alternatives aligned with enterprise architecture and strategy, ensure adoption of enterprise rules and standards, collaborate with architects, project managers, asset managers, and product owners, coordinate asset teams, and ensure unified understanding of client needs.
• Elaboration phase: translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements, align with assets on functional responsibilities, design application solutions, detail impacts on application components, specify requirements with technical teams.
• Construction phase: follow up on development and testing, ensure coherence between specifications and solutions, provide technical definitions, support suppliers during development and integration testing, analyze defects, support release and deployment teams.
• Post-production: provide ad hoc support to operational entities and helpdesks, analyze production incidents, coordinate solutions, maintain documentation.
• Work in an agile context, combining preparation, elaboration, and construction in sprints.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Functional and technical knowledge of existing IT systems (mandatory).
• Business experience in KYC and analysis methodology according to enterprise standards (mandatory).
• Practical experience with Scrum (preferable).
• Bachelor's degree.
• Sound knowledge of English and at least one local language (Dutch or French).
• Rigor, methodical approach, analytical skills, accuracy, adaptability, communication, and teamwork.
• Agile mindset: positive attitude, pragmatism, thirst for knowledge, focus on team success, continuous improvement, cross-functional contribution.
• Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking.
