Job Description
Responsible for the design, development, and continuous improvement of a complex portfolio of learning products and assists in the mentorship and development of learning product owners and associate learning product owners. Operates with a high degree of strategic ownership at the intersection of learning science, product thinking, and instructional technology to create scalable, high-impact learning experiences. Combines strategic and creative thinking with efficient, time-sensitive execution to drive portfolio-level outcomes while identifying areas for systemic improvement.

What You'll Do
- Lead the design and continuous improvement of complex learning experiences aligned to learner needs, business priorities, and market demand.
- Own a portfolio of strategic learning products, guiding product strategy, roadmap development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
- Partner with assessment, development, and research teams to ensure alignment between competencies, assessments, instructional strategies, and product outcomes.
- Use data, experimentation, and learner insights to drive product enhancements and improve engagement, persistence, and completion metrics.
- Lead the adoption of emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools to accelerate design, content creation, analysis, and workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in an agile environment.
- Identify risks, automate processes, and apply systems-thinking approaches to improve product quality, scalability, and long-term portfolio performance.
What You'll Bring
- Advanced expertise in learning science, instructional design, and adult learning theory.
- Expert proficiency in designing end-to-end learning experiences from concept through evaluation.

What's Required
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Experience Design, or related field.
- 5 years of experience designing and developing digital learning products or experiences, with demonstrated growth in scope and complexity.
- Experience working on cross-functional teams delivering complex projects.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor or develop others.
