Position summary:
This role is responsible to lead business-related China central government communication, conduct policy interpretation and impact supervision, execute major strategic projects including State-led Volume Based Procurement (NVBP), State-led Medical Service Billing Code & Pricing Catalogue (National Green-Book), and National Reimbursement Medical Consumables List (NRCL). etc to ensure Stryker product market is accessible to the patients.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Establish bridge of communication and cooperation with China National Health Security Administration (NHSA) and carry out policy research collaborate with relevant industry associations & academic societies to enhance corporate brand awareness and maximize market access opportunities for Stryker's innovative med-tech solutions.
Collect and analyze the relevant policies and information on the state-led procurement of medical consumables and formulate corresponding action plans based on the company's goals & GAMA strategy;
Monitor the trend development of a series of policies like "National Medical Service Pricing Management Measures" & related National Green Book; the "Basic Medical Insurance Management Measures" & related "National Reimbursement Consumables List - NRCL";
Translate policy language into appropriate business language, close partner with Implants and MedSurg franchises, work together to cultivate and execute policy lobby strategies;
Keep close liaison with Beijing Municipal Medical Security Bureau and Tianjin Medical Security Bureau.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and above, major in Public Health, Insurance, Economics are preferred;
Excellent Mandarin in written and oral, well experienced in Chinese policy analyst;
Good at Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
At least 10 years working experience in China Central GA/MA of med-tech or pharma industry, Fortune 500 MNC in med-tech is preferred;
Proven record of traceable performance on tendering, pricing and reimbursement;
Have in-depth understanding of the current market situation and prospects of medical device industry
