Description
General Responsibilities
- Lead, coordinate, and supervise the daily activities of the maintenance team.
- Assign and prioritize maintenance work, ensuring timely completion of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.
- Support rapid troubleshooting and resolution of equipment failures to minimize production downtime.
- Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality, and company requirements.
- Monitor maintenance performance metrics and initiate corrective actions to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Provide coaching, training, development, and performance feedback to team members.
- Ensure proper utilization of maintenance resources, tools, spare parts, and equipment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing downtime, improving equipment performance, and optimizing maintenance processes.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and other functional teams to support business objectives.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
- Support the implementation of new equipment, process improvements, and capital projects within the assigned area.
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and operational excellence.
Experience / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment.
- Previous experience leading, coordinating, or supervising technical personnel is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices, manufacturing equipment, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Ability to organize work, set priorities, and effectively manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication, coaching, and team leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and maintenance management systems (CMMS) is preferred.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Gross Annual Salary Range:
18,897.00 EUR - 25,984.20 EURThe salary range is published in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and relevant country legislation.
