Your Day-to-Day

• Manage Infrastructure & DevOps – Design, build, and maintain cloud and on-premise infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, system monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Oversee Systems Integration – Manage APIs, data flows, and enterprise platforms (e.g., POS, omnichannel systems), while evaluating and implementing new technology solutions.
• Ensure Security & Compliance – Implement access controls, network security, infrastructure hardening, vulnerability management, and compliance with data protection and audit requirements.
• Manage Vendors & Technology Operations – Collaborate with external vendors, monitor service performance against SLAs, and drive cost optimization through strategic technology decisions.
• Drive Technical Strategy & Collaboration – Serve as the infrastructure subject matter expert, partner with cross-functional teams, mentor technical staff, and develop long-term infrastructure and migration roadmaps.
• Administer Applications & Hosting – Deploy, maintain, and optimize self-hosted and third-party applications, ensuring high availability, performance, security updates, and reliable server configuration.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 6+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or systems engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux server administration, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Docker, and container orchestration.
• Proven experience in CI/CD pipeline implementation, application deployment, and maintaining self-hosted or open-source solutions.
• Solid understanding of networking, system integration, APIs, and third-party SaaS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of IT security best practices, including access control, credential management, patching, and infrastructure security.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
