As a Senior Audit Associate, you will serve various clients and handle the preparation of supporting work through all phases of the audit process as per standard operating procedures. You will be expected to assist with technical support to managers on complex projects as required.
Responsibilities
- Actively maintain the firm’s core values and service standards.
- Research and analyze financial statement issues utilizing various electronic sources and software
- Contribute to the auditing workflow by researching and using planning skills to identify, analyze and articulate problems and opportunities and propose solutions to client issues
- Maintain positive, professional relationships with clients
- Carry moderately complex tasks through to completion
- Maintain understanding of all relevant computer software applications and how they might best be used to promote efficient use of time
- Obtain understanding of the economics of job performance and Firm operation by reviewing and working within budgets and billing constraints
- Participation in professional and business organizations as requested
- Participation in client development and marketing efforts as needed
- Adhere to the Firm’s quality control standards
- Adhere to a high standard of independence and integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field; CPAs preferred but not required
- Construction Industry Experience Required
- With exposure to working with US-based firms
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience using various Accounting and Bookkeeping tools and software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Data-driven and results-oriented.
