Description
FactSet creates flexible, open data and software solutions for over 200,000 investment professionals worldwide, providing instant access to financial data and analytics that investors use to make crucial decisions.
At FactSet, our values are the foundation of everything we do. They express how we act and operate, serve as a compass in our decision-making, and play a big role in how we treat each other, our clients, and our communities. We believe that the best ideas can come from anyone, anywhere, at any time, and that curiosity is the key to anticipating our clients’ needs and exceeding their expectations.
As a Client Licensing Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing client usage reviews across all of FactSet's Strategic Business Units (SBUs) and products, ensuring that clients remain compliant with the terms and limitations of their licensing agreements. Through client interviews, written questionnaires, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders globally, you will play a vital part in protecting FactSet's intellectual property and reducing third-party data compliance risk.
What You'll Do:
- Perform and facilitate client usage reviews, including conducting client meetings, researching account information, and documenting client feedback
- Communicate client feedback and usage review observations to relevant internal stakeholders, including account managers and product managers globally
- Work closely with the US Client Licensing Team during onboarding and maintain ongoing collaboration, including working US Eastern time zone hours initially and maintaining regular weekly overlap
- Review and understand client licensing agreements and clearly articulate product licensing limitations to both internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to projects that enhance FactSet functions supported by client usage reviews, including sales, product development, and client licensing
- Support FactSet's intellectual property and third-party data management program
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Economics, or an equivalent field
- 2+ years of experience within financial services or a relevant industry
- Genuine interest in financial markets with the ability to engage in technical and complex subject matter discussions
- Investigative mindset with the ability to maintain confidence and composure in challenging situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI and Salesforce or similar platforms is an advantage
- Understanding of market data licensing terms and policies
- Technical knowledge in areas such as IT architecture, systems engineering, data mapping, and access control entitlements
- Experience with market data audits or other types of audits is preferred
- Prior experience in financial services (e.g., asset management, hedge funds, investment banking, fintech) is highly valued
