As a Technical Compliance Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our systems and platforms meet the technical standards required across multiple regulated markets. You’ll develop strong expertise in regulatory technical requirements, manage end‑to‑end technical incidents — from assessment and resolution to reporting and ongoing monitoring — and act as an escalation point for all technical compliance matters. You’ll provide clear, compliant options to internal and external stakeholders, maintain an accurate technical incident register, and deliver detailed incident reports outlining root cause, impact and resolution. Your work will help safeguard the integrity, stability and regulatory readiness of our technical environment. 

What you’ll do

You’ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:

  • Develop & maintain a solid knowledge of technical requirements to comply with online gambling legislation & regulations for multiple markets 

  • Execute end-to-end incident management including assessment, resolution, reporting & on-going monitoring 

  • Act as an escalation point for all technical compliance matters, providing clear, practical advice to the business 

  • Provide compliant options to internal & external stakeholders on how to resolve technical incidents 

  • Maintain an accurate technical incident register 

  • Provide technical incident reporting which clearly outlines the cause, effect, resolution

  • Support operational teams to maintain compliant, stable and effective technical functionality

  • Expertise in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope 

  • A self-motivated approach, with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks

  • A curious, problem-solving mindset and the confidence to ask the right questions

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some the following skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends

  • Previous experience in the online or land-based gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations

  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards

  • Experience using back-office systems to review, investigate and support technical compliance queries

  • Strong Excel skills to manage, analyse and present technical compliance data clearly

  • Experience analysing data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement

  • Basic coding knowledge to support technical investigations and process improvements

  • Experience working in a technical or incident management role within the online gaming industry
