To process general ledger, journals, creditors, petty cash, bank reconciliations, electronic bank fund transfers and inter
company statements for TMS.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Capturing and controlling of all journal entries

- Prepare journal entries for sundry ledger adjustments

- Reconcile loan amounts, investigate and clear differences

- Reconcile and control accounts with subsidiary trail balances, investigate and clear differences

- Approved capex matched to invoices

- Fixed Assets verified are updated and can be audited

- Management reports on fixed assets

- Download fix asset register to general ledger

- Notify users of assets expiring and organise replenishments

- Accounts balanced

- Preparation of journals and documentation

- Posting journals to general ledger

- Provisions and accruals

- Inter-company documents prepared

- Respond to queries form intercompanies

- Software systems problems sorted out

- Assist staff with queries

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE:

Qualifications

Grade 12 with a bookkeeping qualification

Experience

- 4 years bookkeeping experience

- Experienced in trail balance
