As part of our DevOps team, you will ensure the stable, secure and high-performance operation of our Kubernetes-based infrastructure and proactively drive its further development. Through your commitment, you’ll help ensure that our product works faster, more reliably and to a high standard for our customers. By implementing automated processes, you’ll reduce repetitive tasks, ease the workload on the team and create scope for innovation and continuous improvement.

• You will support the administration and expansion of a large, business-critical Kubernetes cluster
•  You will help to further develop automated deployments and infrastructure processes in our cloud environment – with a focus on Kubernetes workloads and modern CI/CD pipelines
•  You will optimize, maintain and extend existing CI/CD processes to ensure stable, efficient and scalable deployments
•  You will support your colleagues in system operations, particularly in the areas of networking, databases and server administration
•  You will support the introduction of new platform and application components, standardize and automate their operation, and ensure reliable monitoring and observability
•  You will draw up technical concepts and documentation for the operation and further development of our services, and carry out maintenance work, log analysis and troubleshooting

Welche Studiengänge suchen wir?

Das bringst du idealerweise mit:

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification (e.g. a completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration)
•  Several years’ professional experience in the IT sector
•  Experience in administering large Kubernetes clusters, as well as some familiarity with Rancher and autoscaling
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, ideally Azure
• Proficiency in Linux systems, Bash scripting and shell automation
• Knowledge and experience with DevOps/pipelines and the automation of IT infrastructure/networks, ideally Ansible/Terraform
• Knowledge and experience in the administration, management and monitoring of network infrastructures
• Practical experience with Prometheus, Elasticsearch and Grafana for system monitoring and analysis
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Quick learner, excellent analytical skills, strong ability to work both as part of a team and independently
