Location: Santa Maria, CA

Quality Mobile Home Services is hiring immediately for full-time Construction Laborers. We serve our Central California territory, which runs from North Los Angeles to Salinas, with work dispatched out of Santa Maria.
If you show up on time, work hard, and want to learn a trade, we will teach you the rest. No prior construction experience is required. We provide hands-on training while you work alongside experienced crews performing repairs, improvements, and remodeling projects on manufactured and mobile homes.
A reliable vehicle is required to travel to job sites. A truck is preferred.

What You'll Do
As a Construction Laborer, you will assist experienced technicians and crew leaders on a variety of repair and remodeling projects. Responsibilities include:
• Loading, unloading, and staging materials and tools
• Assisting with carpentry, skirting, flooring, drywall, painting, and general repairs
• Digging, crawling under homes, and supporting foundation and leveling projects
• Safely operating hand and power tools
• Maintaining a clean and organized job site
• Following directions from crew leaders and technicians
• Learning construction techniques, procedures, and safety practices
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to build a long-term career in the construction industry.
Qualifications
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites (truck preferred)
• No prior construction experience required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to lift heavy materials
• Comfortable working outdoors and in crawl spaces
• Attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and accept feedback
