Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals.

In transaction services at PwC, you will provide strategic advice and support to clients in their mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Your work will include conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and managing the transaction process.

Job Description:

You will build meaningful client relationships, manage and inspire others, and navigate complex situations while growing your personal brand and technical expertise. You are expected to anticipate the needs of teams and clients, deliver quality work, and embrace ambiguity by asking questions and using challenges as growth opportunities.

Minimum years experience required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent qualification

• Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) or Certified Public Accountant (USA)
