YOUR NEW ROLE

• This role provides end-to-end post-trade operational support for Fixed Income products traded in global markets, including government, corporate bonds and repurchase agreements.
• Support the AUS and ASIA working hours which will be consistent with existing teams. i.e. from 11am AUS EST to 7PM EST.
• Perform complex administrative processes within the operational unit to provide a risk controlled, cost effective and compliant outcome.

 

WHAT WILL YOU BRING

• Strong written & verbal communication skills​.
• To liaise with business partners and colleagues to ensure that instructions, enquiries and queries, are acted on efficiently and effectively, seeking to maintain effective working relationships at all times
• Key focus on process efficiency and control effectiveness.
• Ability to work together in a team in a high pressure and fast paced environment.
• 6+ years’ experience in Fixed Income operations, preferably within an Australia–based market environment.
• Strong knowledge of Fixed Income products, including bonds, repos, and securitised credit.
• Proven experience across trade confirmation, pre-settlement, reconciliation, and collateral management.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliations, data analysis). • Experience working closely with Front Office and Technology teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
