Clariness is looking for a Creative Project Manager (PMO) (f/m/d) based in Berlin, Hamburg, Cape Town or UK.

About the role: 

This role is about bringing structure, clarity and momentum to creative and digital projects across Clariness. You will coordinate project activities, timelines, budgets and stakeholders to ensure that websites, campaigns, printed materials and other creative deliverables are completed on time, within scope and to a consistently high standard.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position.

As a Creative Project Manager (PMO), you would be responsible for:

• Managing creative and digital projects, including websites, campaigns and printed materials, from initial briefing through to final delivery.
• Planning and tracking project timelines, delivery KPIs, budgets, priorities, dependencies and risks.
• Coordinating work across designers, copywriters, developers and other specialists to support effective collaboration and timely delivery.
• Keeping internal stakeholders informed about project progress, upcoming milestones, changing priorities and potential delivery challenges.
• Working with external vendors and freelancers, including preparing briefs, tracking progress, monitoring quality and maintaining budget control.
• Ensuring that all creative deliverables meet agreed quality standards, project requirements and scope, and supporting the resolution of delivery issues.
• Identifying and implementing improvements within creative operations to increase delivery speed, quality, transparency and collaboration.

We would like you to have: 

• 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, digital or creative service environments.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating work across cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, with practical experience managing timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks and delivery expectations.
• Experience working within a PMO, operational governance model or standardized project delivery framework would be a strong advantage.
• Exposure to clinical operations, patient recruitment, digital marketing or creative production workflows would be beneficial.
• The ability to communicate clearly with creative, technical and business stakeholders, manage expectations and keep projects moving when priorities change.
• Strong English communication skills at C1 level, with a collaborative, quality-focused and solution-oriented approach to your work.
