The External Asset Management (“EAM”) team of Lombard Odier (Europe) SA, based in Luxembourg, is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join a dynamic and ambitious team.

Mission :

• Manage, develop, and grow a portfolio of EAM partners.

• Act as an ambassador of Lombard Odier and single-entry point for sophisticated professional clients, to position the bank as their preferred strategic partner.

• Ensure the efficient running and servicing of clients' accounts from a day-to-day business perspective, including commercial and operational responsibility.

• Entirely master and leverage on the Bank's platform, expertise, products and specialists, to promote value added services such as trading, credit, global assets+/global reporting and pro-actively communicate on product and services.

• Actively participate to marketing and commercial events to promote Lombard Odier’s brand within the EU Wealth Management community.

• Entirely master and animate commercial meetings and presentations of Lombard Odier in-house IT solutions and platforms (G2/MyLO).

• Ensure smooth and proper clients’ on-boarding through trainings, documents and support to EAM partners.

• Ensure the highest standards of risk management, compliance, and regulatory adherence in all activities.

Profile :

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing and developing EAM relationships, within the Luxembourg wealth management industry.

• Proactive and positive mindset, business development and networking capabilities, very good communication and presentation skills, self-motivation and sense of service, combined with strong execution discipline.

• Genuine interest in understanding clients' and prospects' business models, challenges, and needs in order to identify growth opportunities.

• Experience of working in an international and multicultural environment.

• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.

• Good knowledge of Corporate, Trusts, Insurance, Individual and Joint Personal accounts.

• Knowledge and understanding of the main asset classes as well as alternative assets.

• Excellent French and English levels. Other languages would be a strong advantage.

• Residence in Luxembourg.
