The National Consumer Vehicle Lending (CVL) Performance Executive will be responsible for driving enterprise performance, strategic business growth, and revenue acceleration across Consumer Vehicle Lending. This leader will oversee performance management, business analytics, workforce strategy, growth initiatives, and execution disciplines to ensure the organization consistently achieves originations, profitability, client experience, and market share objectives. Working closely with senior leadership, the role will connect strategy to execution by translating business priorities into measurable results while identifying new opportunities for growth, operational excellence, and competitive advantage.
Help drive accountability for CVL growth, revenue, execution, and organizational performance.
Core Responsibilities:
Strategic Revenue Growth & Business Performance Leadership
- Serve as the primary strategic partner to the Consumer Vehicle Lending Executive, developing and executing growth strategies that drive originations, revenue, market share, dealer penetration, portfolio growth, and client acquisition across Dealer and Direct channels.
- Lead enterprise-wide business performance management routines, identifying revenue opportunities, market trends, competitive risks, and growth initiatives to accelerate business results and improve return on investment.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Technology leaders to translate strategic priorities into executable plans that increase applications, funding volume, dealer engagement, digital adoption, and customer retention.
- Develop and oversee business intelligence, forecasting, and performance analytics to identify growth opportunities, optimize resource allocation, improve conversion rates, and maximize revenue generation.
- Drive expansion of strategic dealer relationships, client acquisition programs, digital capabilities, and cross-functional initiatives that increase origination volume and strengthen competitive positioning.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators, leading indicators, productivity measures, and revenue dashboards to ensure accountability and achievement of business growth targets.
- Lead strategic planning, business reviews, and executive reporting processes, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership regarding growth opportunities, market dynamics, operational effectiveness, and investment priorities.
- Identify, prioritize, and execute transformational initiatives that enhance client experience, improve sales effectiveness, increase operational scalability, and deliver sustainable revenue growth.

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Consumer Banking leadership experience in either FC Channel or other Specialty organizations
- 5+ years of direct management experience
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify opportunities and resulting programs to improve performance as part of a fast moving, execution oriented organization
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders
- Business acumen (Consumer Banking) with proven ability to leverage expertise with credibility and impact
- Proven ability to turn complex ideas into well-structured execution programs
- Excellent relationship management skills to build and maintain credibility and influence with internal teammates and stakeholders
- Ability to aggregate multiple sources of information to communicate quickly, succinctly, and effectively
