The Opportunity:

The Senior Physical Security Coordinator position is a service position responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all people, assets, and buildings by ensuring compliance with Enterprise security standards and procedures as well as providing assistance in support of Facilities operations and Administrative Services.

Day in the Life:

• Perform security functions, coordinate staff and support vendors, respond to emergency calls, and support business contingency efforts when required. Ensure security staff are performing with a high degree of efficiency and timeliness as required to support established internal service level agreements and security demands.

• Coordinate daily physical security operations at multiple facilities to ensure compliance to standards, procedures and all compliances.

• Responsible for accurate records, and issuance of building access.

• Complete an annual physical verification of badge and key access per site documented by a final report.

• Ensure timely termination of access and retrieval of badge and keys within 24 hrs.

• Maintain physical security documentation for accuracy, which includes but not limited to; physical security procedures, post orders, forms, documentation of security guard training, and security guard schedule to ensure these materials are reviewed, and revised for accuracy minimum of annually and/or as needed for the efficiency of the department.

• Serve as back up for onsite Senior Facilities Operations Manager Coordinator to ensure a safe environment for staff, clients and guests this includes being crosstrained on all functions.

• Serve as back up for onsite Administrative Services Coordinator to ensure an excellent onsite experience for staff, clients, and guests this includes being crosstrained on all functions.

• Collaborate to execute onsite event planning and logistics.

• Resolve and escalate situations that impact staff, building operations or security operations.

• Coordinate security personnel including training, coaching and resolving service quality issues.

• Some travel may be required (infrequent).

• After hours work may be required.

• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Associated Degree required

• 5+ years’ experience in related field

• Vendor oversight experience

  Preferred - APP certification

• Compliance knowledge (PCI, SOC, NCUA, FFIEC, ADA, etc.)

Pay Equity

$21.11 - $26.39

Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
