• Zusammenstellen von Speisekarten und dekoratives Garnieren von Speisen

3-jährige Ausbildung in folgenden Abteilungen:

• Verschiedenste Küchen in unseren à-la-carte-Restaurants

• Veranstaltungsküche

• Einkauf & Lager

• Restaurantservice

• Mitarbeiterrestaurant

• Küche im Ausbildungsprojekt „Schloss Britz"

Voraussetzungen:

• Wichtiger als gute Schulnoten sind Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Motivation

• Sinn für das Wohlergehen der Gäste
