Order Desk and Customer Service Officer

• Handle enquiries, generate quotations, pro-form invoices, sales order and customer claims.
•  In charge of open quotations and order backlog management.
• Follow up and track and all open quotations in CRM /Excel.
• Process orders by converting approved quotes into sales orders in ERP
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and sales to facilitate deliveries.
• Responsible for order expediting & feedback to customer.
• Liaise between Global Parts team - NIL and West Africa dealers on all enquiries and quotations.
